Balloons can be picked up starting February 13th to February 15th. If you need your order for a different day, please specify the date when placing your order. If you choose delivery we will contact you with your delivery time.
We offer the option of picking up your balloon arrangement from our studio or having it delivered. If you choose to pick up the balloon arrangement, please note that some displays may be large and delicate, and we recommend using a spacious and unoccupied vehicle like an SUV or minivan to transport them safely. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation using your personal vehicle. To prevent deflation or bursting, avoid leaving your arrangement in a hot car when picking it up or in extremely cold temperatures.
For deliveries, please provide the exact address with postal code and apartment number (if applicable), as well as your preferred delivery window (morning or afternoon) and date. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply if the provided address is incorrect.
Delivery times are divided into morning (8 am to noon) and afternoon (1 pm to 7 pm) shifts. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you can provide any relevant information regarding the delivery, please let us know and we will try to arrange a suitable time. Once the balloon arrangement has been delivered and we have ensured that it is in good condition, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery.
